Typographical and Photographical Errors
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, product pictures and specifications. Specifications published on our site come from the manufacturers and/or distributors. In most cases, these specifications represent ideal circumstances, however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on our site is accurate, complete or current.

In the event that a product is published at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the published price or cancel the order.

Disclaimer
The products are designed for recreational use on paved level surface on private/off roads. You should always ride your performance machine with the proper safety gear! Do not attempt any of the dangerous maneuvers. There are inherent dangers to using motorized scooters. Purchaser shall use product at their own risk and seller will not be held liable under any circumstance for incidental or consequential loss or damage or injury or death, due directly or indirectly to the use of this product, including any malfunction.

Buyscooteronline assume no responsibility for any property damage or to any person sustaining any injury or death as a result of purchasing and viewing any of the content within this website.

Products are not regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as motor vehicles (except the gas series in some states). Therefore, they do not necessarily comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. It is the customers' responsibility to check with their local authority since the law varies state by state. An operator of a motorized scooter may be cited by a police officer and ordered to appear in court for violating the laws regulating these vehicles.

Children may use our products under adult supervision and under the guardian's own discretion. Check with your local authorities for area specific rules and regulations. Adult guardian assumes all responsibilities associated with the use of these products by minors. Purchaser obtains her/his own insurance.

By completing a transaction from this site, the buyer releases Buyscooteronline from any legal or moral responsibilities regarding local regulations, injuries, death, etc.

Shipping Policy
1. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 3 business days thereafter given that you provide correct billing and shipping information.
2. After we process your order and your package is picked up by shipping company, it may take 5-7 business days to receive the package.
3. We use UPS, DHL or trucking company to ship your order based on weight of products. You will receive a tracking link in your email so you can track your package.
4. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
5. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy
1. You may email us to cancel an order if your order has not been processed by buyscooteronline.com. We process orders in the same day as customers place orders.
2. If an order has been processed and not picked up by shipping company, it cannot be cancelled, otherwise 10% handling and processing fees may apply.
3 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, otherwise 30% restocking fee may apply, original shipping and handling charge is not refundable and customers will be responsible for return shipping charge.

Return Policy
1. All return shipment of the merchandise must be initiated within 30 Days of the purchase date.

2. All returns are subject to 30% restocking fee and original shipping and handling are not refundable

3. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.
Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. If customers use buyscooteronline’s account in shipping company to ship item back without authorization, packages will be refused or Buyscooteronline will charge full amount of return shipping cost.
The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.

4. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Buyscooteronline.com
If customers return without authorization, 50% restocking fee may apply and customer will be charged for returning shipping cost, the original shipping and handling charge will not be refunded.
If customers refuse the package without pre-approval, 30% restocking fee may apply and customer will be charged for returning shipping cost, the original shipping and handling charge will not be refunded.
All returns must be pre-authorized by buyscooteronline.com personnel. To receive your Return Authorization Number, please click here .

5. Merchandise returned must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way.

6. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you will be charged a 40% restocking fee.

7. The following terms must be met by you:The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
You must include all packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals.
Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
Original invoice or copy of original invoice must be included in a return shipment

8. We will not accept any product returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. Please check the legal status of scooters in your area, you may contact your state legislature and local Department of Motor Vehicles

Shipping Damage Policy
1. Customer must inspect the whole product before signing the delivery receipt. In case of any damages presence, customer must note the damages on the delivery receipt and have the driver signed. Failing to do so will void the claim.

2. All noted damages must be reported to Buyscooteronline in email within 3 days of delivery (NO EXCEPTION).

3. We will file shipping damage claim and have the merchandise picked up for inspection with the shipping company.

4. We will ship you a replacement merchandise or refund after the claim is settled by the shipping company.

5. If there is any charge back initiated by customer due to damage, you will have to pay 40% restocking fee

Warranty Policy

If there are problems, we will make every effort to get your scooter working. All of our products ship with the warranty from the Manufacturer or Importer of the scooter: a 30 day parts only warranty on all scooters as long as the scooter has been operated and maintained according to the recommendations of the manufacturer. This warrantee covers any failures due to manufacturer's defects. It does not cover abuse or misuse of the scooter (for example, damages incurred while jumping or incorrect gas/oil mixture.) The warranty covers against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase or 1000 Km, whichever occurs first, subject only to the following conditions and exclusions:

1) To present a claim, customer shall deliver the defective part for exchange to Buyscooteronline.
2) This warranty shall be void if the Customer modifies the "product" in any respect including but not limited to the use of parts other than genuine Factory parts.
3) This limited warranty is applicable only to the customer as an original purchaser of the "product" from Buyscooteronline and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the scooter from customer.
4) This limited warranty does not cover plastic shrouding or covers, reflectors, seat upholstery, tires, brakes, clutches or batteries as these components are considered wear items.
5) All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Any damage during shipping of scooter to customer on initial purchase must be claimed by the customer through the freight delivery company and is not the responsibility of buyscooteronline.
6) This limited warranty does not apply to any injury, loss, defect or malfunction of the "product" or failure to function resulting from any failure to operate or maintain "product" in accordance with the directions contained in the owners manual provided by the manufacturer (if supplied); or any injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to function resulting from any accident, acts of God, alterations in the "product" by anyone other than the distributor, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or negligence by anyone other than manufacturer.
